Can I use my data from the previous "Cashy-POS"?

Yes No problem. All your settings and sales data can easily be transferred to the new Cashy-PRO.

Simply contact support and we will do it with you.

Does Cashy-Pro need a permanent internet connection?

No, an internet connection is only required if you reinstall Cashy-Pro on the iPad or if you want to restore a database backup.
The "Product Management" and "Reporting" services of Cashy-Web can be deactivated within the iPad app so that there is no longer any communication with the web services.

Can I try Cashy-Pro?

Yes, if you register (via the "Login" link at the top right) you will receive one month free of charge to test the program in detail.

If you don't like it, you don't need to do anything. There is NO automatic renewal.

How can I cancel my trial account?

If you don't do anything, it will automatically expire after a month. After another month, your data will be removed from Cashy-Web.

You can also remove your access to Cashy-Web yourself in the settings. In this case everything will be deleted immediately and can no longer be restored!

I don't need any of these web features

Within the Cashy-Pro application on the iPad, you can manage these functions individually under "Manage Cashy > Settings> Deactivate Cashy-Web ".

This prevents any data traffic with Cashy-Web.
Only when you press the help button within Cashy-Pro the latest license and phone data will be pulled from Cashy-Web.

I can't see any reports on Cashy-Web.

After installing Cashy-POS Pro on the iPad, the reporting module is deactivated for data protection reasons.

So that Cashy-Pro can deliver sales data to Cashy-Web, you have to activate this module manually.

How do I make a data backup?

The easiest way is to create a daily closing and email it to yourself.

Among other things, a zip file with the complete database is attached to this mail. So everything can be restored.

But there are also other ways to secure your valuable data!

What does Cashy-Pro cost?

The price of Cashy-Pro varies depending on the number of tills you want to use and whether and since when you have already purchased the previous Cashy-POS.

At the moment there are still special offers for users who are upgrading this year and users who have purchased Cashy-POS this year.

Do you also have an offer including all necessairy hardware?

Yes we have. This usually includes the Ipad, a receipt printer and a cash drawer as well as the necessary software and access data to Cashy-Web.

If you wish, we can also install this directly on your location!

Since the entire cash register is heavily dependent on your individual needs, please contact us in advance so that we can discuss this.

What is Cashy Display?

Cashy-Display is the customer display that communicates with Cashy-Pro in the same network. This allows your customers to see what you are registering.

Cashy-Display is included in the Cashy-Pro license and can be used on an old iPhone or iPad, for example.

When the TWINT payment method is activated, the QR code to be scanned by the customer is also shown on the Cashy display.

How many registers can I connect to Cashy-Web?

Two cash registers are provided for the simple license.

If you have several cash registers / locations in use, please contact us and we will make you an offer.

Is the inventory in Cashy-Web updated automatically?

If you have activated the statistics module within Cashy-Pro, the article inventory will be updated at the latest after a daily closing in "Z" mode within Cashy-Web.
